It sparked a passion for professional development that is still going strong nearly two decades later. Today, it fuels innovation that disrupts the training industry. Krisztina’s experience ranges from a tiny, private real estate firm to the world’s largest toy producer LEGO, where she experienced first hand the importance of leadership evaluation. But perhaps her most useful skill is languages – Krisztina leads workshops in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian.

Krisztina Lőrinczi
With over 8500 participants in 25 countries and counting, Krisztina now conducts more training and coaching programs internationally than she does in her home country of Hungary, which she attributes to a unique combination of leadership assessment, workshops, coaching and continuous development.
Resilience and compassion are cornerstones of Krisztina’s training, two qualities she had to learn early. She was 16 when her family fled to the safety of a refugee camp in the mountains of Austria to escape the Communist regime. The 18-month ordeal helped forge the guiding principles Krisztina now uses to transform her clients.

Michael Aagaard Andersen
Michael is an Asia-based international business leader with an extensive management track-record creating, transforming and growing consumer lifestyle brands worldwide such as LEGO, Bang & Olufsen, Pandora, Bestseller and Paikka. His passion is to grow people, brands and businesses. This he now does as a hands-on advisor to founder-led companies in connection with PE/VC funded projects, or as an active board member in startups. With his expertise in strategy, leadership and global brand building, he supports the team at LPA in the development of our brand and the international expansion and management of the business. Michael loves the outdoors, enjoying mountain biking, running, kayaking or a swim in the ocean, though raising his daughter has been by far the most rewarding experience of his life.
Mike Enkerlin
A veteran CEO with High Tech background, Mike Enkerlin has a proven track record of leading Fortune 1000 firms through restructuring and cost-‐cutting initiatives to increase value. With more than 30 years of experience in the global High Tech space, Mike started, and successfully grew a business in mobile accessories, positioning it as a global leader in this space. During his long career at Hewlett Packard Co., he directed Latin American trade operations with a team of over 2000 professionals and managed more than a billion USD in trade. He also reengineered order fulfilment operations worldwide and led strategic factory automation programs. Mike’s broad experience includes optimizing global resources, generating significant cost savings and promoting innovative solutions in complex business environments with highly engaged teams. Other strengths include, an acumen for financial modeling, global strategic planning, developing sales strategies, and launching new business initiatives with a direct impact to the top and bottom line. Mike holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and an MS in Factory Automation and Business Management from Purdue University. Fluent in German, Spanish, and English, he resides in San Diego, where he and his family enjoy a host of outdoor activities, including tennis, golf, and skiing.
